All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless Express Delivery is selected at checkout.

Please note that choosing Express Delivery does not mean your personalised order will be made or dispatched sooner than the stated lead time. Your order will still be created within our standard 2–3 week personalised lead time, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Once your order is ready to be dispatched:

• Standard Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48

• Express Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 24

Express Delivery means that your order will be sent using a faster postal service once it is ready for dispatch. It does not reduce the time required to make your personalised item.
